Ferriday's Harkins Resigns as Head Football Coach

After one season as the head coach of Ferriday High School's football team, Chad Harkins has resigned.

Last season the Trojans were 7-4 with a perfect 5-0 record in District 2-2A.  Ferriday lost to Pope John Paul II in the opening round of the playoffs.

Jim Gatlin Named New Head Football Coach at Northwood

After a year away from the sidelines, Jim Gatlin is back.

Northwood High School has hired the former head coach at Parkway.  Gatlin was choose from a list of six candidates.
